Does Keepsie delete my photos?

Not while you swipe. Swiping only sorts a photo into "keep" or the maybe-delete pile. Photos are deleted only when you open the pile and confirm, and iOS asks you once more before it happens. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where you can recover them for about 30 days.

Why does iOS ask me every time I delete?

iOS shows its own confirmation whenever any app asks to delete photos. It can't be turned off or remembered. You get one prompt for the whole pile, not one per photo.

I changed my mind about a photo

Right after a swipe, tap Undo. Later, open the maybe-delete pile and tap a photo to rescue it. To start sorting from scratch, use "Reset review progress" at the bottom of Keepsie's Settings.

Keepsie can't see my photos

Open the Settings app, go to Privacy & Security → Photos → Keepsie, and choose Full Access or select the photos you want it to see.

What is Paws+ and how do I cancel?

Paws+ removes the daily limit and adds every smart stack (Screenshots, Videos, By month, duplicates, blurry shots and more), sync across your devices, and twice as many streak-saving naps each month. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; the lifetime option is a one-time purchase.

To cancel or change a subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Paws+ until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Paws+ but it isn't showing

Open the Paws+ page in Keepsie and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How does sync work?

Sync is part of Paws+. With "Sync review progress with iCloud" on, your settings, streak and choices are saved to your own iCloud and shared with your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. For choices to line up between devices, iCloud Photos needs to be on, so that each device has the same photos.

I'm not getting reminders

Check that reminders are on in Keepsie's Settings and that notifications are allowed for Keepsie in the Settings app. If you've already finished today's stack, Keepsie skips that day's reminder.

Is my data private?

Your photos never leave your device through Keepsie, and there are no accounts or ads. The details are in the privacy policy.
